PAYMENT METHOD
Payment: Prices on our website are in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Apple Pay. Payments via PayPal are also accepted. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal's invoicing feature to pay with credit cards such as AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, and JCB etc all major credit cards are accepted for PayPal invoices. You can use a secure online payment system that complies with the international security standard PCI DSS and incorporates industry-leading security and behavioral risk management systems.
We would send out the items within 3-7 Business Days after receiving the full and clear payment. The product(s) will be shipped to the delivery address registered in the cart. If the address is not correct enough, please DO NOT forget to inform us of the correct address when you make the payment. Incorrect address will cause a mail lost and we will not be responsible for that case.
Shipping and Handling: All items are brand new and will be checked or tested before packing. Items will be shipped out within 3-7 business days upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. It is possible that some items may not be in stock when you place your order. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you via email as to the anticipated delivery. Delivery time is about 3-7 business days, and it may take up to 2 weeks to some European countries and South American countries due to strict custom inspection.
If the delivery address is the United States the item will be shipped via FedEx International Priority shipping method from Tokyo, Japan. You can track on www.fedex.com, it will take about 3-7 days to arrive. International priority shipping costs are determined based on the destination country, size, weight, and dimensional weight. Once you add items to your cart and enter the destination country and delivery address at checkout, an AI automatically calculates the estimated shipping cost. Sales Tax: Since our company is located in Japan, we don't charge you the consumption tax of Japan. However, Orders being shipped outside Japan or imported into a non-Japan country may be assessed additional fees beyond what has been calculated in the shopping cart. Such fees will be determined by the importing country based on value and type of commodity. Such fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, PST or GST may apply to all orders using the International Shipping method and is the responsibility of the receiver. International orders shipped via FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS, EMS do not include such fees. Please be aware that payments are the buyer's responsibility. Be sure to check with your customs office to determine what any additional costs are prior to buying products through our website.
Customs Duties: Orders being shipped outside Japan or imported into a non-Japan country may be assessed additional fees beyond what has been calculated in the shopping cart. These charges are determined based on the price and type of the goods, in accordance with the regulations of the importing country. Please be aware that costs such as customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) or GST (Goods and Services Tax) in compliance with the laws of the importing country may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer (the recipient).
